Orders confirmed before 2pm ship within 1–2 business days. Allow 2–4 additional days in metropolitan France depending on the carrier. You receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is intact in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless we made an error or a defect is confirmed.
Your confirmation email includes a tracking link once the parcel has shipped. You can also write to imperiagroup@proton.me with your order number.
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and bank transfer. Online payment can be enabled with Stripe; the technical hooks are already prepared at checkout.
